Virgin Australia is on a mission to revamp the flying experience, with an upbeat campaign created by Special, that champions the airline’s dedicated staff and their commitment to improving the customer experience.
The initiative, consisting of TV, cinema, digital and outdoor executions, is led by a 60-second spot directed by Sanjay De Silva through Division. It stars an ambitious Virgin flight attendant who explores what it means to be nice, good, and great, eventually affirming that only wonderful will do.
She is accompanied by a diverse array of colourful and eccentric Virgin characters who help to dramatically demonstrate her point. The spot is fun, fashionable and packed full of personality, perfectly highlighting the airline’s objective: to bring on wonderful.
