Unifying the collective brands of FC Barcelona, Spotify, and Olivia Rodrigo isn't the easiest of tasks, but, thanks to some natty mixed media and a whole heap of teenage bedroom attitude, this latest spot manages just that.
Created to celebrate Rodrigo becoming the youngest artist ever to feature on Barça’s iconic El Clásico shirt, The Dream Begins follows a teenage girl whose bedroom transforms into an illustrated cartoon world blending football culture with the musician's visual aesthetic.
Splitting the directing duties - Object & Animal's Andrew Thomas Huang on live-action footage of Rodrigo, with BLINKINK's Lea Esmaili building the animated world - the film oozes youthful charm alongside technical marvel.
