This touching campaign, created by Serviceplan Group for Saudi Arabian Toyota distributor Abdul Latif Jameel Motors, takes Muslim traditions out of the home and into the city to spotlight the importance of togetherness during Ramadan.
Filmed at Al Khobar's Corniche in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and directed by Abdullah Khamees through Deja Vu, Iftar is Always Better Together depicts two groups of men competing against each other to invite a lonesome stranger to celebrate Iftar with them.
Amidst playful banter, the eldest intervenes to remind everyone of Ramadan's essence - generosity and compassion. The witty exchange between the two groups ends in the decision that they should all celebrate Iftar together.
