Maybe it's the playful camerawork? Perhaps the unique storytelling method? Possibly it's because both artist and director are French?! Whatever it is, there's something of the classic Gondry about Quentin Deronzier's cracking new promo for OrelSan.
Following a couple going through a tough time, Ensemble employs striking VFX, slick editing and, most importantly, ingenious camerawork to present a pair that are geographically close but emotionally on different planes.
With cinematography that takes advantage of Bangkok's unique environment and a tremendous performance from the rapper that balances his roles of protagonist and performer, this eye-catching film from LA PAC delights on both a technical and emotional level.
