Created by the The Newtons Laboratory and directed by Martin Werner through Picky Productions, this sweet spot for Greek energy provider Protergia tells a serendipitous love story that starts on New Years Eve.
Titled I’ll Meet You At Midnight, the rom-com-esque story follows the simultaneously disastrous journeys of two party latecomers as they race across town to arrive before the countdown. They both crash into the lobby with seconds to spare, but end up stuck in the lift together when the power goes out, sparking a heartwarming and flirtatious exchange.
At the heart of the film is the Greek tradition of turning the lights off immediately after the midnight, symbolising a fresh start and welcoming in the new year after a moment of reflection in the dark.
