If his past promos are to be believed, director Hugh Mulhern loves a slice of body horror.
For his latest film - a stark dance-off for Galway-born DJ and producer KETTAMA's Sort It Out - Mulhern has mined the imagery of one of the all-time classics of the sub-genre, Tetsuo: The Iron Man, a film as famous for its savage industrial soundscape as its feverish, metal-meets-flesh transformations.
Maintaining a sense of dread, vibrancy and an underlying love of the grotesque, the film again shows that there are few in the biz with as strong a command of music video pace and power as the Object & Animal director.
