This new campaign for Ffern substitutes the brand's stock in trade of smell for the creamy delights of taste, and some homemade ice-cream.
Created through Ffern and directed by Naghmeh Pour through New Land, the five-minute film features actors Forrest Bothwell and Eva Morgan as siblings reconnecting via the discovery of a forgotten ice cream van called Lola.
This discovery sparks a road trip through the hazy Cornish hills where the two explore and forage through the countryside alike, handpicking ingredients to make their very own ice cream, called Pink Sky At Night, of which Bill Nighy, doing his own meandering through those hazy Cornish hills, is lucky enough to be first to taste.
The flavours of pink grapefruit, marigold and blood orange are those which make up the scent of Ffern’s latest summer fragrance, and Pour’s film brings a warm sensibility to the brand as she paints a visual poem, pairing dreamy vignettes with a warm British summertime all Brits hope for.
