Direct Line has launched a new brand platform and advertising campaign which aims to highlight how Direct Line offers the best combination of speed and service for its customers.

Called That’s How It’s Done, the campaign was created by VCCP London and directed through Girl & Bear, VCCP's in-house production arm, and features two films that imagine what life might be like if everything was as simple as how quickly Direct Line settles a claim.

In the first film, Potty [above], a Direct Line customer imagines what it would be like potty training his son if it was as easy as using Direct Line, while in Promotion [Below] a woman finds a new role, new office and new assistant very easy to come by. 

“Direct Line has a powerful legacy, and it’s been a privilege to reimagine it for a new era while staying true to what  makes it so trusted and distinctive," said Bridget Limbrey, Managing Partner at VCCP. "That’s How It’s Done captures that spirit with clarity, confidence and cut-through. We’re incredibly proud of this work and of the opportunity to help bring back such an iconic brand.”
