Better known for his fancy footwork on the football pitch, English midfielder Cole Palmer stars in this serene spot, developed by Homeground and directed by GRANDMAS through Academy, for audio tech manufacturer Beats.
The film, titled Some Play, Others Glide, sees the player drifting pensively around an ice rink, oozing with calming charisma and maintaining a laser-sharp, meditative focus while listening to music on his Beats headphones.
In a playful twist, the camera pans out to reveal that he’s not even wearing skates, but gliding effortlessly in white trainers as a bewildered cleaner watches in awe.
