Given that it's for Tiffany & Co., and we're coming into the Christmas season, it's no surprise that the commercial You & Me is absolutely dripping with luxury.
However, under the guidance of American Haiku and Radical Media's Derek Cianfrance, the charming tale of a mother and daughter's relationship is also filled with sentiment, as Amanda Seyfried's character is gradually unwrapped by the enquiring eyes of her child.
Backed by a folksy reimagining of The Wannadies' 1994 banger You and Me Song, and given a cinematic flourish by the Blue Valentine and The Place Beyond the Pines director, this beautifully observed festive film finds something genuinely touching beneath all sparkles.
