In this tongue-in-cheek spoof spot created by Umault, work management platform Teamwork commiserates over some of the painfully relatable issues that can arise between companies and their clients.
A playful parody trailer for a horror movie titled The Client, the creative comedically captures the universal frustrations of working with clients, from ridiculous demands and impossible deadlines to painful last-minute changes.
"Great brands go beyond product promotion, they empathise with customer pain. This isn’t new, but the category convention is to stop short of these more emotional triggers.
