Sofia Ivanova-Kozhevnikova joins Park Village
Originally from Moscow, Ivanova-Kozhevnikova has developed a multidisciplinary practice spanning directing, cinematography, editing and art direction.
Park Village has signed London-based fashion filmmaker and visual director Sofia Ivanova-Kozhevnikova, adding an emerging voice with a distinctive cinematic and conceptual approach to its roster.
Originally from Moscow, Ivanova-Kozhevnikova has developed a multidisciplinary practice spanning directing, cinematography, editing and art direction. Her work moves between fashion, film and music, combining precise visual composition with narrative and conceptual depth, and often exploring identity, transformation, migration and social perception.
Her directorial film MADE IN X, created while completing her MA in Fashion Film and Digital Production at London College of Fashion, explores migration and identity through the metaphor of the “Made In” label. Blending documentary realism with stylised, dreamlike sequences, the film established a distinctive visual language rooted in fashion, abstraction and social commentary.
Ivanova-Kozhevnikova is also working across fashion and cultural productions, with a client and editorial portfolio that includes Naomi Campbell, Ray-Ban x Meta, CR Fashion Book, Simone Rocha, Anok Yai, Mona Tougaard, Natasha Zinko and L’Officiel Arabia.
“I visited the London College of Fashion and was struck down by Sofia’s film MADE IN X. When you know, you know. This director is going to do incredible things.” says Christopher Baker, Executive Producer at Park Village.
Park Village will work closely with Ivanova-Kozhevnikova as she develops her directing career, bringing her fashion-led visual sensibility and strong conceptual instincts into the commercial space while continuing to build the cinematic language evident in her independent work.
With a background that spans both the practical craft of filmmaking and contemporary fashion image-making, Ivanova-Kozhevnikova joins Park Village at an early but exciting stage in the development of an increasingly distinctive directorial voice.
