Revolver Films partners with Bryght Young Things
The collaboration brings exceptional US talent to Canada’s production industry.
Canadian production company Revolver Films, has announced a new partnership with Bryght Young Things (BYT), a US-based production company known for its ground-breaking storytelling.
This collaboration will see Revolver Films represent a select group of BYT directors in Canada, including Jonatán López, Babak Khoshnoud, Anna Pollack, Mikayla Gamble, and Sandeep & Chadrick.
Richard Cureton, MP/EP at Revolver stated: “This partnership aims to grow Revolver's offering in the Canadian market to include one of the most exciting companies to emerge in the US market for some time. BYT embodies the very same determined nature for creativity that Revolver stands for. The BYT directors are making super interesting work, and Daniel and Chelsea are great leaders, who we are very happy to be working with.”
Luc Frappier, MP/EP at Revolver said: "We’ve always placed a great emphasis on creativity with all of our projects at Revolver, whether it be music videos, commercials, or short-form brand films, and we see that same desire and hunger with BYT, which is why this partnership feels so natural and is very exciting,”
Daniel Navetta, founder/director at BYT adds: “Our directors have had the attention of the Canadian market for some time; it felt haphazard to see our best talent placed with different EPs across the continent,” explained Navetta. “We are so discerning in how we work and who we work with that finding a singular team that understood our ethos, appreciated the stellar BYT talent, and could fast-track us into the best projects was the overall benefit. Luc Frappier (managing partner and executive producer) and Richard are that fit, and we are truly thrilled to see BYT and our directors as part of Revolver Films.”
Chelsea Greenwood, EP/ partner at BYT added: "Canada has incredible creative energy, and we know that to do it right, we need a partner who not only understands our vision but can amplify it. Revolver Films is that perfect match. Its industry roots and reputation for excellence mean our directors will have the right platform to do their best work, and together, we can create something bigger than the sum of its parts."
Together, Revolver Films and Bryght Young Things are poised to push creative boundaries and expand their influence in the Canadian production market.
