Global media and entertainment company Rabbits Black proudly announces the signing of director Cooper Gunn Davis for commercial representation.

The move comes on the heels of Rabbits Black’s recent signings of filmmakers Kate Beecroft and Travis Hanour, further expanding the company’s growing commercial division.

“Bringing Cooper on board is another big win for Rabbits Black as we continue to build a roster of world-class visual storytellers,” said Ryan Hawkins, Executive Producer at Rabbits Black. “He has that rare mix of raw, youthful instinct and a polished eye for cinematic detail. From his early days capturing musicians on the fly, to delivering high-profile campaigns, Cooper embodies the bold and unapologetic vision we’re cultivating here.”

With his signature cinematic style rooted in sports and elevated lifestyle/fashion, Davis brings both visual precision and vibrant narrative energy - shaped by his early years skipping class to tour with major-label artists behind the lens.

Davis began directing with Universal Music Group while still a teenager, balancing work with travel between Utah and Los Angeles. Since then, he has built an impressive reel of branded work for Nike, Steve Madden, Smirnoff, Marriott, Honda, Lexus, Lululemon, and Celsius. His dynamic body of work, marked by authentic character and bold visual techniques, delivers a larger-than-life feel precisely calibrated for platform and medium. In recognition of his innovation, Davis earned a Cannes Lion nomination in 2025.

“Rabbits Black isn’t just building a roster, they’re creating a platform where directors can take risks and grow,” said Davis. “It’s exciting to join a team that understands both the craft and the culture, and to push my work into new spaces while staying true to the energy that first inspired me.”

The Rabbits Black commercial division is helmed by Executive Producers Hawkins and Mike Bergin, whose leadership spans decades of branded and commercial work with campaigns for global brands such as Activision, Adidas, Ferrari, Google, Nike, Samsung, Spotify, Starbucks, Target, U.S. Navy, United Airlines, and Virgin Galactic.
