The Estonian director/producer/DP Pauline Kokla has released a polished, beautifully shot film featuring slightly surreal scenes of snoozing on bridges, beaches, roadsides and lakeside pontoons.
Titled Outsomnia, it’s part dreamscape, part visual joke about comfort, escapism, and the strange irrational lengths we might go to hold onto a feeling too good to leave behind.
Kokla was responsible for the edit and soundscape which features elegant music by Dan Rimmer.
