Agency Ogilvy Madrid enters a new chapter in its commitment to creativity.

From now on, Juan P. Moreno and Javier Senovilla will lead the creative department at the Madrid office as Executive Creative Directors, consolidating a model that reinforces internal talent and looks ambitiously toward the future.

The entire creative team will report directly to Moreno and Senovilla, as well as to Roberto Fara. This new chapter is full of pride because it represents a commitment to talent, great ideas, and a way of creating rooted in #borderlesscreativity, a creativity without borders that drives building, growing, and enjoying the journey.

Moreno and Senovilla began their careers together at Ogilvy in 2007 and now lead the agency's creative direction after leaving their mark on brands like Heineken, Turismo de Andalucía, ONCE, and KFC. Their work has been awarded at Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio Awards, El Sol, and Premios Eficacia, and has contributed to the Spanish National Creativity Awards in 2021 and 2024. They have also been recognised on Forbes’ list of the 100 most creative Spaniards in 2021, 2023, and 2024, and ranked in the Top 3 creatives in Spain according to The One Show Ranking 2023.

“We’re starting this new chapter from a privileged position for several reasons. First, the agency’s culture makes creativity a core part of the business model, something that is believed in (and driven) from the top. Second, we are surrounded by an incredibly talented group of colleagues. It's a powerhouse of a team. We believe our mission is, in large part, not to mess it up; to ensure everyone finds a space and opportunities to grow and do their best work,” say Moreno and Senovilla, Executive Creative Directors at Ogilvy.

This revamp is also strengthened by new hires in creative leadership. Javier Martínez and Pablo Fernández join the team of Creative Directors, working alongside Patricia Medeiros, Miguel Provencio, Ramiro Alda, Jorge Calvo, Pablo Chachón, Guille Fernández, Pablo Poveda, and Víctor Vázquez.

Javier Martínez, returning from TBWA Spain where he led McDonald’s creative and collected awards at Cannes Lions, Clio, and more.

Pablo Fernández, with international experience across Argentina, Brazil, and Spain, rejoining Ogilvy after roles at Cheil and TBWA for clients like Samsung and Playtomic.

New Associate Creative Director: Clara Sánchez, an alumna of Miami Ad School Berlin, joins from Leo Burnett, DDB, and Scholz & Friends, bringing over a decade of diverse creative expertise.

Promoted to Associate Creative Directors: Paloma del Río, with past roles at McCann and El Laboratorio.

Alba López & Antonio Pelufo, a duo since their time at The Atomic Garden, now elevated after impactful work across Ogilvy, Havas, and Leo Burnett.

Roberto Fara, Ogilvy Madrid's Chief Creative Officer, added: “Creativity is a team sport. This refresh represents more than just new titles — it’s a commitment to building and evolving a collective that stays ahead of the curve. When you build a strong team culture, individuals thrive and the agency’s creative identity endures,  no matter who comes or goes.”

Ogilvy Madrid's leadership reshuffle reinforces the agency’s dedication to nurturing talent, adapting with agility, and consistently delivering world-class creative work across borders.
