Nestlé and Publicis Brasil partnered with Alzheimer Brazil Institute to launch this experiment called Unforgettable Recipes, which proved that the act of sharing food with loved ones creates potent recollections.

In an emotional film directed by Fred Luz through O2 Filmes, and aided by chef Carol Albuquerque, recipes of beloved dishes were recreated and served to people with dementia caused by Alzheimer’s. All of them were able to access poignant food-related remembrances.

Júlio took a trip down the memory lane with his first bite of salted cod. Antônia brought back years of memory by eating 'sarapatel' again. Junilia remembered her lost love when trying her 'bean cake'.

Through social media iterations, the 'Unforgettable Recipes' campaign shows that the bonds created around the table last longer than anyone imagined. All recipes recreated for the campaign are available on the Nestlé Recipes website. In addition, the public can also share dishes that are part of their stories on the platform.
