Outsider Editorial has announced the promotion of Kerstin Juby to editor.

Juby, who joined the company in 2021, is now represented globally and brings a growing body of work across commercial campaigns and branded content. Her recent client list includes Chevrolet, EQ Bank, Ram, and Ford, with editing work spanning automotive, finance, and lifestyle sectors.

“We’re excited to continue growing from within,” says Kristina Anzlinger, executive producer and partner at Outsider. “Kerstin is a creative force, and we’re looking forward to seeing how her craft develops across the global market.”

Director Kacper Larski, who has worked with Juby, describes her as: “Passionate, able to take on a challenge in stride, and always pushing the creative. Kerstin is a pleasure to collaborate with, and I look forward to seeing what she works on next.”

Juby’s passion for editing began with early experiments using iMovie on a desktop Mac. “What started as a hobby quickly became a real passion,” she says. “I was drawn to the process of storytelling through editing, discovering how to shape a narrative, refine pacing, or enhance visual impact is something that continues to inspire me.”

Reflecting on her promotion, Juby says: “Joining the Outsider roster means a great deal. It’s humbling to be listed among such skilled and accomplished editors who are also genuinely supportive people. Being surrounded by that level of talent is motivating, it encourages constant growth. Editing is full of creative opportunities, whether through sound, pacing, or visual rhythm, and I’m excited to keep exploring how to make each project distinct.”

Dominique Van Olm, director at OPC Films, adds: “Kerstin has a strong sense of rhythm and an ability to find the emotional core of a piece. She’s willing to push creative boundaries while keeping the story in focus, which makes her an excellent collaborator. I’m excited to see where her work takes her next.”

Juby’s promotion signals Outsider Editorial’s continued focus on developing in-house talent and supporting editors with distinctive storytelling perspectives.
