Directed by Amber Grace Johnson through Object & Animal, this fast-paced film for trainer brand HOKA, titled Birds, follows New York entrepreneur and vintage curator Emma Rogue on a dizzying, bird-sighting sprint through NYC.

The film opens with Rogue in corner shop, where she spots a bird of prey on a TV screen. Stepping out into the streets, she catches fleeting glimpses of feathered creatures everywhere she turns, from traffic lights to stranger’s haircuts.

Rapid, aerial camerawork captures the city’s relentless pace as Rogue races across busy roads and sprints up towering fire escapes towards the birds, subtly showcasing the versatility of her pristine Clifton UTLs.
