CYLNDR relaunches as CYLNDR Studios
CYLNDR Studios introduces design division, and a new executive leadership team led by Sylvain Tron.
CYLNDR has relaunched as CYLNDR Studios, unveiling a new brand identity and a broader creative offering.
The refreshed studio now includes dedicated services in design and influencer management, alongside its established live action and content capabilities. The rebrand marks a shift towards a more design-led creative approach, aimed at meeting the demands of modern brands.
The studio also announced a new executive team. Sylvain Tron joins as managing director, supported by Suz Keen and Can Misirlioglu as executive creative directors, Kara O’Halloran as executive director of production, and Abbey Bako as director of influencer. The changes signal an expanded direction and ambition for the Cheil-owned company.
Since launching in 2019, CYLNDR has delivered live action and digital production services for clients including Popeyes, Little Caesars, Blue Diamond, Sherwin-Williams, Samsung, and Citizen. In response to increased demand for social-first content, influencer marketing, and distinct brand design, CYLNDR Studios has evolved its capabilities to meet current market needs.
“CYLNDR has long been a valuable partner to the Cheil network and our clients,” said Joe Maglio, president of Cheil North America. “As we’ve adapted to platform-led, social-first demands, CYLNDR Studios has helped guide that evolution. Continued investment in its talent and capabilities is key to supporting the growth of our clients’ brands.”
The new leadership team reflects the studio’s broader creative ambition. Sylvain Tron, formerly founder of brand design studio Modern People, brings experience in brand identity and design-led storytelling. Based in Los Angeles, Tron leads the bi-coastal team.

“It’s exciting to reintroduce CYLNDR Studios as a place where design meets content,” said Tron. “We aim to remove the gap between strategy and execution, offering branding, identity, content, production, and influencer marketing in one connected studio.”
The updated brand identity was led by Can Misirlioglu and the CYLNDR design team. The new look introduces a flexible visual system inspired by the concept of the Renaissance person, adaptable, creative, and multidisciplinary. The rebrand includes a new modular logo, updated colour palette, and typography designed to reflect both the origins and future direction of the studio.
With this evolution, CYLNDR Studios aims to deliver scalable creative solutions for clients across platforms, combining fast-paced production with strategic design.
