In this action-packed 30-second Super Bowl spot for Coors Light, Droga5 breathes new life into the beer brand's silver bullet train concept, first introduced in 2005.
Directed by Daniel Warwick through Biscuit Filmworks, the story opens in a living room where a young woman introduces her new boyfriend to her family, all of whom happen to support the opposite team. Super awkward.
Cue Coors' Chill Train. Resurrected after 12 years dormant (with the help of some slick VFX), the locomotive bolts across America at breakneck-speed, bursting onto the uncomfortable scene to quite literally break the ice with an ice-cold beverage.
