Director Dani Kind of Holiday Films and new agency Superhuman have collaborated on clever film for Don’t Wait For Weird that promotes early breast cancer screening.
Aimed at driving conversation about knowing your own body and recognising when something feels a bit off, the campaign video depicts a woman experiencing an awkward octopus arm situation.
Kind brings a deeply personal perspective to the project and reminds women that if you’re a 40+ woman in Canada you can book a mammogram without a doctor’s referral. Her connection to the cause is shaped by both her mother’s battle with breast cancer and her own recent journey navigating screenings after finding something weird.
