Created by TBWA/Media Arts Lab, Apple China's iPhone privacy campaign enters its fourth year with a fun hero film directed by Zhang Da Peng, through ProFilms, and starring beloved Chinese comedian Yue Yunpeng.
Known as a master of the traditional art of crosstalk (aka Xiàngsheng, a rapid, bants-style dialogue) the comic appears as a man who’s accidentally downloaded an app that’s personified as a cheeky lass who keeps pushing for access to his contacts, location, and more. Ultimately, an Apple specialist steps in to show him the wonders of iPhone's App Permission features that helps him control his data.
The humour is much enhanced by a delightfully dotty soundscape.
