Through the lens of Alba Ricart, stories come to life with a special sensitivity to the use of lighting, composition and colour. 

Film director and fashion photographer, Ricart began exploring the world of imagery through her father’s camera in her native Barcelona at the age of 12.  Since then, she has continued to create a visual universe of her own, expanding into fashion, music and advertising.  She has collaborated with brands like Netflix, Massimo Dutti, Tous, Mango and Bershka and music industry staples like Aitana. 

Ricart is always looking for new perspectives and techniques that can push her work ahead of the curve.

Ricart joins BOL to reinforce the company's artful live-action storytelling across commercial and brand-driven projects. Renowned for her ability to fuse compelling narratives with strong visual aesthetics, she will lead the creative direction on campaigns that demand emotional resonance and originality.
