If you like your cars fast, furious and built to intimidate then you're going to get a kick from this new campaign for Pennzoil, which sees the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon - the fastest production car ever made - take to the streets of Pittsburgh.

Created by JWT Atlanta and shot by Lemonade Films' Ozan Biron, the two-and-a-half-minute film, called Exorcising the Demon, sees precision driver Rhys Millen (who worked on The Fast and the Furious, by the way) behind the wheel of the muscle car.

Usually, car - or in this case, oil - commercials that are predominantly made up of shiny cars and shinier roads don't float our creative boat, but the sheer ferocity of the spot, coupled with the production craft and realism, serve to propel the campaign to the top of the podium.

The driving in the film is 100 percent real, as are the driving conditions. “Telling the story of Exorcising the Demon is not only another exciting chapter in the Pennzoil Film series," explains Vann Graves, CCO at J. Walter Thompson Atlanta, "it is also a great way of acknowledging an exciting, new automotive era.”
