An award-winning Creative Technologist and Director with over two decades of experience at the forefront of storytelling, design, and real-time innovation, Lawrence will lead the studio’s expansion into new forms of immersive and hybrid content that merge the physical and digital worlds.
Known for his signature approach that blends cinematic live action with design-driven VFX, Steve Giralt has directed high-impact campaigns for brands like ESPN, Dos Equis, Verizon, Scion, NBCUniversal, and the Super Bowl, and has collaborated with top artists including Madonna, Mariah Carey, Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, and Celine Dion.

Jones joins The Garage following eight years with Disney and ESPN’s Emerging Technology division, where he helped pioneer revenue-generating branded content formats that merged creative vision with cutting edge technology, unlocking new storytelling and sponsorship opportunities for global partners. Throughout his career, he has built and led multidisciplinary teams across entertainment, sports, advertising, and interactive media, earning top industry honours including an Emmy, Promax BDA, Lumiere, and a Disney Imagineering Award.
