Creative studio SixTwentySix has appointed Hayley Diaz as head of production.

With a background spanning leading production companies, including Framestore Pictures, REVERIE Content, PRETTYBIRD, and Rattling Stick, Diaz brings extensive experience in live-action production, operational strategy, and creative execution.

Over the past decade, Diaz has delivered projects for brands and artists shaping contemporary culture, including Nike, Apple, Netflix, Anderson .Paak, Harry Styles, and Solange. She has managed global shoots, balancing creative ambition with logistical precision and developing workflows that transform bold ideas into seamless productions.

“At SixTwentySix, delivering at the highest level has always been our priority. As our ambitions grow, we needed a head of production who could not only manage the scale but also elevate our entire approach,” says Jake Krask, co-founder and managing partner at SixTwentySix. “The moment we met Hayley, we knew she was the right fit. Her expertise, leadership, and deep understanding of production make her an invaluable addition. She brings a level of precision and experience that will strengthen our production department and enhance the way we serve our clients.”

“At SixTwentySix, we move fast, think big, and refuse to settle for the obvious. Hayley gets that. She has built her career on making the impossible happen, and we couldn’t ask for a better leader to evolve our production game,” adds co-founder and executive producer Austin Barbera.

Diaz sees the role as an opportunity to build on SixTwentySix’s reputation for pushing creative boundaries. “There’s a hunger here, a drive to create work that resonates, not just fills the feed. I’m here to build on that energy, push the limits of what’s possible, and ensure our teams have the structure and support to keep breaking expectations.”

Her appointment comes as SixTwentySix continues to expand its creative reach. Following a standout year that saw its founders named to the 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30 list and an MTV VMA win, the studio has solidified itself as a leader in commercial, branded, and entertainment storytelling. Diaz’s leadership will further propel this momentum, ensuring every production meets the highest creative and technical standards.
