Michael Wagner is named Managing Director, and Kim Estrada is promoted to Executive Producer of Editorial.
Republic announces the promotions of Michael Wagner to Managing Director of Editorial and Design divisions and Kim Estrada to Executive Producer of Editorial. These leadership appointments reflect the company's ongoing commitment to developing talent from within as Republic enters 2026.
As Managing Director, Wagner will lead client strategy and support business development of Republic’s Editorial and Design studios, and coordinate those efforts with the leadership of their Production division. He joined Republic in 2024 after nearly a decade at Charlie Uniform Tango, where he advanced from Junior Producer to Executive Producer, managing national campaigns across multiple categories. Prior to his work in advertising, Wagner spent time in transportation management at BNSF Railway, an experience that honed his ability to manage complex operations and anticipate challenges.

As Executive Producer of Editorial, Estrada will oversee all post-production workflows while shaping the creative and operational strategy for the team. She began her career at Filmworkers in 2008 and spent nearly a decade building and managing Treehouse's editorial production operation. After gaining production experience at an agency's in-house production firm, she joined Republic as a Senior Producer in 2021.
