Ogilvy Spain's new film for DGT is anything but pedestrian
The powerful film uses stylistic flourishes to show just how myopic phone use can make us.

We all know how involved phone use can be, but the dangerous potential of such focus is rarely shown as effectively as in Ogilvy Spain's new film for the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT).
Taking the insight that one in three pedestrians in Spain uses their phone while walking, with 86% admitting their attention drops when crossing, Pedestrians shows just how limiting (and, ultimately, fatal) such use can be.
Shot through Be Sweet with WPPproduction and directed by Aarón Lago, the combination of delightful distraction choices and minimalist production design makes the crunching reveal all the more dramatic.
