In an advertising sector that's rife with clichés, it's nice to see DS Automobiles lean into the trend with this cheeky new campaign for its DS N°8 model.
Directed with flair by Henry Scholfield through Movie Magic, the campaign film follows the journey of the luxurious vehicle as it crosses from Paris to the Mediterranean without charging, yet finding multiple national tropes along the way.
Impressively punning on the model's USP - "the French sometimes go too far" = 750 kilometres of range - Marcel's clever concept finds a perfect partner in the ever-entertaining camerawork of Scholfield.
