Created by FP7/McCann Dubai for Harley Davidson, the Mid-life Check drive takes the midlife crisis for a spin, playing off the insight that some chaps decide to buy big bikes on reaching a certain age, when they should be getting prostate cancer checks.
Launching with a gorgeous film produced by Craft Dubai and shot in manly monochrome by DP Marcos Cardoso, the campaign reveals how they can now do both.
On buying a Harley, the purchase contract automatically comes with a free prostate exam program in partnership with a local healthcare provider.
The mandatory 500-mile service check up, required for the motorcycle warranty now also serves as a reminder for male customers to take a timely check under their (man)hoods and screen their own exhaust pipes.
Funny but wise – as prostate cancer affects one in eight men globally.
