Galeria.Holding, a group of communications, marketing and technology services led by chairman Eduardo Simon, announces the launch of the advertising agency MILÀ, its new creative unit.

The new operation, led by Leo Balbi (CEO and partner) and Sleyman Khodor (CCO and partner), with a name inspired by Casa Milà - a modernist building designed by the iconic Spanish architect Gaudí - promises to return to the origins of the advertising business, when trusting relationships built strong brands, and to add a lot of technology to this. To begin its work, the agency has already announced Patricia Alves as Head of Media, has over 30 employees, and clients Verisure, TotalPass, Aché Laboratórios Farmacêuticos and SmartFit, a gym giant for whom it has just launched its first institutional campaign in the company's 15-year history. With this new addition, the holding company now has a total of 10 companies in its portfolio.

“The launch of MILÀ is in line with the holding company's purpose of being able to identify talents who are ready to become entrepreneurs and provide these talents with the conditions to transform their dreams into businesses, in a sustainable way, with governance, structure and investment”, says Eduardo Simon, chairman of Galeria.Holding.

Created and organised under the pillars of the 3Cs: Creativity, Client and Culture, MILÀ was born with the obsession to solve communication problems and leverage brands’ businesses through Creativity, through a relationship of absolute transparency, trust and proximity with the Client and a real connection with Culture so that the work developed by the agency has relevance and resonance in people’s daily lives.

“MILÀ is the materialisation of a belief in the form of a business model. We are passionate about our clients, but we are even more passionate about solving their problems. And we are certain that this only happens when business leaders build relationships of trust, participate in important conversations and are close to the final product. Thinking about how to create a business model that embraced this belief and enhanced it through technology, MILÀ was born. A dream that has been dreamed of for a long time and that now has the chance to find brands and people who want to dream along with us”, adds Leo Balbi, CEO of MILÀ.

According to Sleyman Khodor, CCO of MILÀ, the fact that the agency is starting to operate with relevant brands shows that there is a demand in the market for this type of agency. “We are deeply grateful to have our founding clients. The trust they have placed in an agency as young as ours is proof that creativity and commitment are things that are recognized and valued from the very beginning. Creative and innovative ideas are not enough, and neither is being fully connected to the problem. It is the combination of these two things that makes the magic happen. More than suppliers, we are partners present at every stage of the process. We grow, celebrate and, if necessary, suffer together, because we believe that great results only come from this genuine connection”, adds the executive.

Completing the agency's functional structure, clients will have access to GAUDÍ OS, an entirely new operating system developed from scratch, powered by different data sources and enhanced by Artificial Intelligence, which will become the operational and strategic heart of the agency. In practice, with GAUDÍ OS, clients will have access to information on their cell phones, ranging from market and social media trends to insights and predictive readings, all of which are connected to the agency's ecosystem and fully actionable through shortcuts to pre-formatted briefings and enriched with internal, external and client data through AI. Over time, this complex, organised set of data will become increasingly more powerful and accurate, enabling the identification of countless opportunities and risks in the day-to-day business of brands. In addition, through GAUDÍ OS, clients will have a much more transparent and practical view of their day-to-day management with the agency - project status, schedules, meetings, use of resources and campaign results.

“GAUDÍ OS was created with the participation of numerous professionals in the market, who gave us a little of their time to share their concerns and desires. The prototype is ready and is now entering the development phase. We are absolutely excited about the possibilities that have already proven to be 100% viable in terms of technology. While, on the strategic side, GAUDÍ OS is an incredible generator of insights and opportunities for our clients and the agency, on the operational side it makes possible a great optimisation and transparency in the day-to-day relationship between the client and the agency”, highlights Balbi.

With the launch of the MILÀ agency, Galeria.Holding now has a total of 10 companies in its portfolio: GALERIA.ag (advertising agency), Vitrine (specialised in OOH and DOOH), GUX (specialised in user experience), 404 (specialised in design and innovation), Frame (specialised in audiovisual production and post production), Catalyst (specialised in app growth), Gaia (specialised in SaaS products), Fluxo (data and geolocation), a.gente (specialised in influencer marketing) and MILÀ (advertising agency).
