FORM has been looking for a very specific kind of eye, and have found it in director Daniel Eceolaza

FORM welcome Eceolaza to the roster, and to partner with him on work that genuinely enters the culture.

Eceolaza’s work feels instinctive and considered at the same time. It’s grounded in a strong visual language without overcomplicating things. Nothing feels forced, there’s an ease and a quiet confidence running through it. Eceolaza’s approach naturally aligns with FORM’s direction, centred around thoughtful image making and culturally aware storytelling.

There’s a clear, undeniable perspective in Eceolaza’s work. For FORM, that’s what builds a strong roster. This isn’t about adding another name. At FORM, they are building something tight, relevant, and intentional. It’s about deepening a shared belief in image-making that leaves a mark, and Eceolaza adds to that in a real way.

Eceolaza said: “We met during a shoot at -26 degrees. Even in the cold, what stood out to me about those making FORM was how much they genuinely care and listen, about the work and the people involved. Work can easily become just a transaction, and finding people who still lead with creativity and genuine human connection matters most to me. I can’t wait to keep discovering great projects to develop together, regardless of the temperature.”

Dave Kennedy, FORM MD adds: “Daniel’s work caught my eye when we launched FORM two years ago, a brilliant storyteller who oozes confidence in his ability to turn any brief into a mini film. Too right, his work speaks for itself. A few Google chats later, we were excited to get the Audi brief in and kick things off properly. Partnering him with Sam and the team was amazing,  seeing that relationship build made it feel like a natural next step to bring him onto the roster.

He brings something distinct, while complementing the strength of what we’ve already built. His addition reflects the direction we’ve been pushing FORM in since day one, building a roster of strong, individual voices.

I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us.”
