Factory and SIREN, the London-based sound and music creative collective, are proud to announce they have been awarded B Corp certification.

Granted by the non-profit B Lab, B Corp status recognises for-profit companies that meet exceptionally high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

This achievement rounds off a strong 2025 for the company and reinforces Factory and SIREN’s commitment to balancing profit with purpose, considering the impact of every decision on their employees, clients, communities, and the planet.
Earning the certification followed a rigorous evaluation of the company’s full social and environmental footprint that took over two years to complete.

To build on this achievement and embed it firmly into the culture, they have several initiatives planned for 2026. These include a mission to become completely emission-free, a commitment to the Clean Creatives pledge, the Factory & SIREN Summer Internship Programme, aimed at offering industry opportunity to disadvantaged groups, and their ongoing work with the charity Mind to promote and protect the mental health of the team.

Anthony Moore, Owner and CCO commented: “Using business as a force for good is fundamental to our ethos and culture. Achieving B Corp certification is an important milestone for us as it affirms the values we’ve always held around ethical practice, inclusivity, and environmental awareness. We are honoured to join a global community of businesses dedicated to using their influence as a force for good, and we will continue to strengthen our commitment to this journey with even greater purpose.”

Managing Director Lou Allen explained why B Corp status was essential: “Our mission at Factory and SIREN is to cultivate a culture of opportunity and excellence, to empower our team to push creative boundaries while embracing social responsibility and environmental stewardship in everything we do. To truly demonstrate this commitment, we wanted to hold ourselves accountable with full transparency across the board. This is now a way of life for us. It means being more thoughtful in our choices and considering the impact they have on our team, our clients, our suppliers, and our community.”

Sian Rogers, SIREN’s Company Director and Music Supervisor, added: “We’ve always believed in doing things the right way, and this certification reflects the care we put into our relationships with our clients, our composers, and the wider community. Small decisions add up, and we’re committed to making choices that create a positive ripple effect.”
