Red Bull has never been conventional in its advertising output, but this new film from Danish / Cuban director Sebastian Lopez might be the oddest of the lot.
Promoting the brand's Symphonic concert with artist Benny Jamz, Plug Life sees two desperate fans attempt to get tickets in a last-minute dodgy deal, only to have the whole thing uprooted by misidentifying an animal.
We know it's not the most straightforward of plots, but what Lopez's film lacks in coherence it more than makes up for in world-building and comedic beats; the universe embodying a Tarantino vibe with surreal flourishes like the 'money bear's revelation and escape proving an impressive endeavour from the 25-year-old FERN director.
