Known for his sleek, emotionally charged visual style and distinctive blend of contemporary edge and subtle humour, Gustafsson brings a refined cinematic voice to the CMN PPL FLMS roster.
His acclaimed work for brands including IKEA, Nike, Röhnisch, and Deadwood has earned widespread recognition across Europe’s creative circuit, with selections and shortlists at Berlin Commercial, Berlin Fashion Film Festival, London Fashion Film Festival, and the Young Director Award. Gustafsson has also served as a 2024 AICP Post Awards judge in the Fashion/Beauty category.
Recent highlights include multiple Berlin Commercial 2024 shortlists for Nike’s V2K Luminous recognised in Craft: Direction, Craft: Editing, and Branded Content Short, and IKEA’s We Are the Change, which earned shortlist status for Commercials & Branded Content Short. His fashion-driven narratives have drawn the attention of major publications such as Vogue Scandinavia, Shots, and Booooooom TV, with his short Monza also receiving a Vimeo Staff Pick.
