Barbarian’s fun campaign has been putin a smile on shots’ face today (oh, stop it). Observing that Vlad loves playing fast-and-loose with human rights and freedoms as much as he loves his own chest, the New York agency has created a fun digital activation in which users can dress him to support a cause.

Launched today, Shirts for Putin allows users to choose from a collection of T-shirts featuring messages that support human rights causes, lift up democratic practices, and champion freedoms – all by dressing up a digital Putin to share on their social channels.

As well as sharing the site, users are encouraged to donate money to The Committee to Protect Journalists, The Human Rights Campaign, and Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights – organisations that advocate for the very causes that Putin disregards.

As this is the season of goodwill, Barbarian hopes the campaign will make a real impact and encourage donations to these non-profit organisations.
