Wave Festival in Rio Honors Latin American Creativity SourceEcreative was on hand in Rio de Janiero for the 4th annual Wave Festival, where creativity was celebrated and the latest trends in the industry were the hot topics. By Anthony Vagnoni The Wave Festival wrapped last week in Rio, and SourceEcreative was on hand to cover the event. Andrea Martins, our Sao Paulo based representative, was in attendance and reports back that the event was a success, with events and seminars that provided delegates from around Brazil as well as from the US, the UK and other countries with valuable insights on where the industry is heading today. In addition to presenting awards to outstanding Latin American advertising in a wide range of categories and media, the event featured speakers from agencies such as Draftfcb, AKQA, BBDO and Mother London, and covered such topics as brand integration, design, interactive marketing, creative development and more.
