Academy Award-nominated, Emmy-winning creative studio Ventureland and its sister company PRETTYBIRD, the acclaimed commercial and music video production house, announce a groundbreaking creative partnership with visionary artist, director, and designer Eli Russell Linnetz.

Linnetz joins the roster for exclusive commercial and music video representation, marking a new chapter of creative synergy between two of the industry’s most forward-thinking companies and one of today’s most genre-defying creators.

The collaboration will span a wide array of projects, from linear storytelling to immersive experiences, with further announcements to come.

“We’ve known Eli for many years and have watched him grow into a truly multi-hyphenated creator,” said Kerstin Emhoff, CEO of Ventureland and PRETTYBIRD. “He embodies the kind of artist both of our companies were built to support, someone with a wide range of talents and ambitions. We’re excited to help bring his endeavours to life, collaborating with the best partners across finance, distribution, music, and brand development.”

Hailing from Venice Beach, California, and a graduate of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, Linnetz has become one of the most influential multidisciplinary artists of his generation. His collaborations span elite global brands including Apple, LVMH, Gucci, Nike, Comme des Garçons, SpaceX, and Disney, while his photography has graced covers of Vogue Italia, GQ, and Interview Magazine.

As a stage designer, he’s crafted world-class productions for Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and Kanye West, while his fashion label ERL has earned accolades such as GQ’s Breakthrough Designer of the Year and the LVMH Karl Lagerfeld Prize. In 2023, Linnetz became Dior’s first-ever guest designer, further cementing his place at the pinnacle of cultural influence.

In 2024, he unveiled Monuments, a provocative solo exhibition at Jeffrey Deitch Gallery in Los Angeles, reimagining American iconography through surreal and sculptural lenses. His pieces are part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s permanent collection, and he’s currently in pre-production for his first feature film.

“Every medium is an opportunity for breakthrough storytelling,” Linnetz shared. “I am beyond excited to work with Kerstin and the teams at PRETTYBIRD and Ventureland to explore new horizons together.” This partnership reflects a shared commitment to pushing the boundaries of creativity across fashion, art, film, and branded content, and redefines what’s possible when culture and craft converge.
