The Salmon welcomes Tiny Bullet to its directorial roster.

The British-born filmmaker, known off-screen as Tina Bull, brings a sharp, distinctive voice and a visual sensibility that’s as playful as it is polished.

With a background in motion and animation design, as well as photography, Tiny Bullet creates cinematic worlds with a designer’s eye and a storyteller’s soul. Her work blends visual precision with a deeply intuitive approach to casting and tone, equal parts funny, human, and unforgettable.

“Tiny’s work is a beautiful contradiction, meticulously crafted but never overwrought, emotionally resonant without taking itself too seriously,” said Adam, co-founder of The Salmon and one-half of directing duo Adam & Dave. “Whether it’s a talking animal or a stereotype-smashing human, her characters strike a universal truth, and still manage to make you laugh.”

Tiny’s reel includes standout work for brands such as McDonald’s, Tesco Mobile, O2, Flipz, BBC, Kellogg’s, Intel, and eBay. Whether it’s GoCart’s account recovery chaos, O2’s instantly iconic Where the hell my phone? jingle, or QuickBooks’ battle-ready bladed chariots, her projects deliver cultural resonance with effortless wit.

Recognised by the Webby Awards, Clio Awards, APA Show, Sharks, and the Art Directors Club of Europe, Tiny Bullet's films are as impactful as they are entertaining, bold in both concept and craft.

“Tiny’s films hit hard and look great doing it,” added Dave of Adam & Dave. “She raises the bar for all of us, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on the team, even if it does make the rest of us feel like we need to work a little harder.”

As a director, Tiny Bullet fuses high-caliber design expertise with an uncanny sense for performance and pacing. Her frame-by-frame precision is matched only by her humour and emotional agility, making her a natural fit for The Salmon’s bold, collaborative approach to storytelling.
