Director Zachary Bailey has carved a niche for himself directing bold performance music videos with stunning visuals: his work often presents Bailey's own unique, over-exaggerated and off-kilter slant on rap and pop culture.

Bailey started out as a cinematographer with the International Cinematographers Guild, laying the foundation for his later move into direction. Inspired by ‘90s and ‘00s filmmaking, music and cult-culture, Bailey explores themes of nostalgia and dark humour in his work..

Bailey’s reel includes collaborations with artists such as Kid Cudi, Young Thug, Offset, Bree Runway, and Jean Dawson, among others. Hailing from Maryland and with a degree in film behind him, he aims to build worlds that blend fantasy with reality to draw profound emotional responses from viewers. He pays meticulous attention to detail and lighting, often masterfully applying the use of VFX to build alternate realities. This is seen in his music video Moon Man for Kid Cudi, Strick and Young Thug which amassed millions of views online.

Stink Rising is a division within Stink Films dedicated to nurturing talent as they progress in their directorial careers. They have been really supportive and genuinely share the same passion for making insane ideas come to life. These are the people I want to be surrounded by as I dive deeper into more narrative-led and branded pieces next year”
