Stadium welcomes Seng Rimpakone as managing executive producer

Seng Rimpakone has joined Stadium as Managing Executive Producer.
With over 25 years of experience across advertising, film, experiential, and branded content, Rimpakone brings a wealth of knowledge forged on both sides of the production aisle. She’s worked inside agencies. Led in-house teams. Built independent production models from scratch. And now, she’s bringing that fluency to Stadium.
“So much of what we do hinges on trust: trust that we’ll deliver, and trust that we understand the world clients are operating in,” says Eric Maldin, Co-founder and COO of Stadium. “Seng’s agency background gives her a sixth sense for navigating layered approvals and navigating big asks with short timelines. She’s not just a phenomenal producer: she’s a strategic operator who gets the full playing field.”
Before joining Stadium, Rimpakone served as Group Executive Producer at Hogarth & Ogilvy LA, leading major integrated campaigns for clients like AT&T, Capital One, and Pfizer. She co-founded Production On Demand (POD), an innovative internal production model, giving her rare insight into how to execute at scale without losing creative fidelity.
She’s produced global campaigns in markets like Thailand, Prague, Australia, and Mexico, and her accolades include Gold at Cannes and Effies, as well as wins at the Clio and ADDY Awards. “What drew me to Stadium is the creative clarity,” Rimpakone says. “There’s no ego here, just a deep love for the work and a team that knows how to deliver it at the highest level.
