SourceEcreative Presents Hits Hamburg

Known as Germany's 'Gateway To The World', the creative hub of Hamburg last week played host to the latest in SourceEcreative's 'Presents' screenings. Showcasing the very best short-form work from signed and unsigned directors, the screening saw the pinnacle of Germany's advertising community (both agency and production) congregate in Optix Digital's gorgeous Lounge to check out the films and network.

Hosted by SourceEcreative's Worldwide Editor Jamie Madge, the German selection comprised of some of the best work screened in the previous jaunts to Paris, London and Amsterdam alongside some brand new and vibrant pieces from a selection of creative individuals. Highlights included unsigned director Jonny Lawrence's cutely choreographed battle of finger and felt-tips 'Maker vs Marker', French sensations Megaforce's reverse-narrative morality tale 'Sacrilege' and visual magicians Tell No One with their Nowness experiment 'Umbrella'.

The evening finished with an opportunity for attendees to mingle, imbibe and share their views on their films (overwhelmingly positive, of course!). If you'd like to know what the fuss was about, SourceEcreative members (and those with a demo access from the screening) can check out the full list of films here. You can also check out a selection of images from the night below, or see the full album of photos on our Facebook page.
