Entries for the shots Awards Asia Pacific are now open and we can also reveal the head judges who will be leading the categories this year.

Celebrating the best and most creative work from the region, the shots Awards Asia Pacific has turned to the area's most creative leaders, from a selection of different fields, to oversee the the shortlist and eventual winners for this year.
In a change to the usual approach, this year's awards has been split into eight categories, with a head judge for each and, mirroring the other shots Awards events, includes a series of Zoom meetings between the judges to ascertain the gold, silver and bronze winners.
The eight categories and their respective head judges are:
Cinematography: Tapan Basu [ISC], director of photography
Casting, Production Design & Styling: Monica G Gambhir, film director, Cutaway Films
Use of Music & Sound Design: Seiya Matsumiya, CEO, Co-Founder & Music Supervisor, Black Cat White Cat Music
Direction: Micah Walker, CCO & Founder, Bear Meets Eagle on Fire
Concept, Copywriting & Charity/PSA: Barbara Humphries, CCO, Droga5 New Zealand
Animation & VFX: Gustavo Karam, Founder & EP, Final Frontier
Editing: Sally Shi, Managing Director, Stink
New Director & Music Video: Nat Taylor, Founder & Executive Producer, Poppet
