Saatchi & Saatchi strengthens creative leadership team with three senior appointments
The agency expands its creative ranks with Caroline Paris, Simon Cheadle and Josh Steele.
New senior creative roles have been announced at Saatchi & Saatchi, as the agency confirms three additions and promotions within Chief Creative Officer Franki Goodwin’s leadership team.
Caroline Paris, previously Group Creative Director, has been promoted to Head of Creative and joins the agency’s senior management team. In the role she supports Goodwin and Executive Creative Director Will John, with a focus on creative alignment across disciplines. As GCD she led integrated work across the agency’s portfolio, including the recent John Lewis project Where Love Lives Live, which featured a social series and live stream activation with DJ AG. Prior to joining the agency she spent 12 years at Brave.
Simon Cheadle joins as Creative Director. He previously held the same position at Anomaly, where he led work for MINI, Cancer Research and Sky Bet, including The G.O.A.T. is a Horse. Before Anomaly he worked at Stink Studios, developing projects for Google, Netflix and Strava.
Josh Steele joins as Associate Creative Director from Arsenal Football Club’s in-house creative team. His portfolio includes work such as the Arsenal x Aries collaboration and the Arsenal Third Kit 23/24, along with previous roles at Iris, The Midnight Club and Mother.
Paris, Cheadle and Steele all report to Goodwin.

Franki Goodwin, Chief Creative Officer, Saatchi & Saatchi, says: “Our agency is obsessed with the power and potential of truly integrated campaigns, taking big ideas to unexpected places, people and formats. It takes fresh attitudes to how creative, design and production work together to do this well. Caz, Josh and Simon are living breathing examples of integrated thinkers from different backgrounds, having learnt their exceptional craft against different clients and creative structures. I’m so excited for how they can realise impossible ambitions for their careers and our clients. Their first impossible brief is to come up with a nicer word for integration... If anyone can do it, they can!”
Caroline Paris, Head of Creative, Saatchi & Saatchi, says: “Saatchi & Saatchi has always been a place where creativity meets culture, and my goal is to make sure every idea we produce is bold, integrated, and meaningful. I can’t wait to push boundaries and collaborate across every discipline to create work that truly resonates.”
Simon Cheadle, Creative Director, Saatchi & Saatchi, says: “There aren’t many agencies your mum can name off the top of her head, so it’s a real honour to join Franki’s team, known for their incredible ideas, craft, and impact. This place has been going strong for 55 years and shows no signs of slowing down.”
Josh Steele, Associate Creative Director, Saatchi & Saatchi, says: “Joining Saatchi feels like an incredible next step. After my time at Arsenal, where creativity and passion go hand in hand, I’m excited to bring that same energy into agency life. The work here has always set the benchmark for bold ideas and cultural impact, and I can’t wait to contribute to that legacy.”
