OBOS makes the case for homes half owned
The Norwegian housing developer presents shared home ownership concept in a film by Anorak and Bacon director Marc Reisbig.
Own half of your home, live in all of it.
The new concept of Norwegian housing developer OBOS is a simple one; You buy at least half of your new place and rent the rest from the developer.
In a spot by Oslo agency Anorak, Scandinavian production company Bacon, and director Marc Reisbig, the shared home ownership solution is presented through a personal story with a couple of creative twists.
As he so often does, Reisbig tampers with the physical boundaries of reality while losing none of the relatability.
