Lou Bardou-Jacquet joined HENRY four months ago after several years at Partizan, where she started her career as a production coordinator.

She then went on to work freelance as a line producer, developing a sharp, hands-on approach to projects and building close relationships with both talent and crews, before returning to Partizan as an executive producer, where she held the role for three years. She has worked with prestigious brands such as Lacoste, Louis Vuitton, Zalando, Nike or even Yves Saint Laurent.

Mathilde Nanot Lachkar, who joined the company a few weeks ago, brings over a decade of experience across agencies and production companies. She began her career at DDB Paris before moving to TBWA\Else, where she progressed from assistant to producer. She later worked as a TV producer at Rosapark and went on to become executive producer at La Pac, where she spent over three years. Following a brief stint at COLORS, she now joins HENRY.

Their arrival reflects HENRY’s ongoing development and its commitment to strengthening its production capabilities while continuing to support a diverse roster of directors working across commercials, music videos, and cultural projects.
