London Alley, a production company specialising in commercials, branded content, music videos and visual storytelling, announce the addition of award-winning director Flint Tanquary to its US and UK roster.

Tanquary brings a dynamic visual approach rooted in VFX, 3D, and editorial storytelling, with experience spanning major sports, music, and cultural brands.

Tanquary is known for crafting high-impact “hype” content that blends cinematic spectacle with emotive narrative. His portfolio includes projects such as USC Football’s 2024 season trailer Arrival of the Trojan, as well as work for NBA, ESPN, Coachella and visual content for The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn Tour.

“We’re proud to welcome Flint to the London Alley roster as we continue to focus on amping up the next generation of our industry’s creative voices,” said Luga Podesta, Founder of London Alley. “Flint caught our eye with his rare ability to merge technical mastery with storytelling energy, and we couldn’t be more excited to elevate his ambition as a fresh POV across the broad spectrum of branded, music, sports and entertainment partners we work with.”

“Filmmaking has always been about chasing the feeling of creating something bigger than myself.” said Tanquary “To be welcomed into the London Alley family is beyond surreal, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to keep pushing what’s possible alongside such an inspiring team!”

Tanquary’s journey to his viral calling card, “Arrival of the Trojan,” began with childhood trips to the Coliseum that left him transfixed by the jumbotron’s power to rally an entire stadium. As a recent USC School of Cinematic Arts alum, he parlayed that obsession into a meticulously pre-visualised, team-driven production and post pipeline that married 3D/VFX with editorial momentum. The resulting piece revolutionised the hype film genre, earned Tanquary and his team a “Best Sports Promo” win at the 2025 Emmys and even inspired an official Sony produced documentary capturing its creation and impact.

With the addition of Tanquary, London Alley continues to expand its roster of directors who bring distinctive visual sensibilities, technical fluency, and bold creative voices. He joins fellow directors in the company’s roster including Christian Breslauer, Hannah Lux Davis, Courtney Phillips, Chris Villa and Fred De Pontcharra, among others whose strengths lie at the intersection of music, culture, and storytelling.
