Google Health have launched a new campaign that celebrates all the small ways people move, eat, sleep, and care for themselves – proving that true health is about daily living, not chasing fitness perfection.

The campaign highlights Google’s vision for “a new relationship with your health,” showing how personalized coaching and a versatile hardware lineup, including the new Fitbit Edge and Fitbit Air, proactively support people in living their best, healthiest lives on their own terms.

The campaign kicks off with a :60s hero spot The Prize, directed by Amara Untermeyer through Girl&Bear and agency VCCP.

There are additional spots highlighting how influential athletes, creators, and wellness experts are using Google Health tools, featuring:

  • NBA Champion Stephen Curry
  • Pro Golfer Bryson DeChambeau
  • Track & Field Olympian Chari Hawkins
  • Nutritionist Kylie Sakaida
  • Pro Soccer Player Sophia Wilson
  • Fitness Instructor & TV Host Jess Sims

The campaign will run across CTV, digital, and social.

Lauren Gellman, Head of Marketing, Google Health said: “So much of health tech today is hyper-focused on stats, streaks, and fitness perfection. But true health isn’t about obsessing over metrics, it’s built through how we move, eat, sleep, and live every day. With this campaign, we’re championing a new relationship with health that celebrates the small daily choices we make to care for ourselves. Through personalised coaching, we’re meeting people where they are to make wellness feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
