Garmin say we’ve got your game
Garmin and Revolver launch a visually poetic ad about the imperfect beauty of the game.
A round of golf is never perfect. But the pursuit of it? That’s where the magic lies.
That’s the emotional heartbeat of a new ad for Garmin, created in partnership with production company Revolver Films and director Ross Allen. The campaign marks a fresh approach for the category, rooted not in perfection or performance, but in the deeply personal, often emotional journey of golfers young and old. Shot on location across California with a cast of real golfers aged 14 to 78, the film brings raw authenticity to every frame.
Unlike traditional golf advertising, which leans into perfect shot making by golf pros, taps into a more honest truth: golf is a game of contradictions. It’s joy and frustration, ritual and randomness, confidence, and collapse, all in the same round.

“We built this film from the inside out,” says Allen, the film’s director. “We weren’t trying to impress people. We wanted to move them. Every shot had to mean something. Whether it was a first birdie or a heartbreaking miss, it had to feel lived-in.”
Garmin executive creative director Brian Brooker adds: "This film taps into the insight that golfers everywhere can relate to. While they will never achieve a perfect round of golf, dammit if they won’t try. We’ve Got Your Game transcends golf from products to possibility. It’s a simple story beautifully told."
This isn’t about playing perfectly, it’s about showing up, every round, to try again.
